Si svolgerà domenica14 luglio in quel di Nuvolato di Quistello l’edizione 2024 della “Camminata dei gelsi”, iniziativa ideata a curata dall’Associazione “Amici del Museo Diffuso G. Gorni”
In definitiva si va da quello dell’attività motoria a quello della promozione e valorizzazione del territorio e del paesaggio senza sottovalutare, però, quello di natura culturale.

Risorsaturistica Museo diffuso Giuseppe Gorni Designed by the artist himself, this is a point of reference for the history of local and Italian art. The building was designed between the two wars as a primary school but refurbished to accommodate works by the sculptor from Nuvolato, along an exhibition route that retraces his artistic career and life. A journey into 20C country living seen through the eyes of a charismatic figure who loved his land but also possessed a broader overall vision.
Risorsaturistica Church of St Maria of Valverde A jewel of Romanesque-Gothic architecture in the San Benedetto Po countryside, now privately owned. The church formerly belonged to the abbey of Polirone. Its present form dates from restoration in 1445, hence it is almost Renaissance in style. Inside, the great fresco in the apse depicts the Annunciation, with an Eternal Father on the extrados and busts of prophets on the arch. Of little artistic value, but still an object of devotion, is the statue of a seated Madonna and Child.
