Le Sorgive e Le Volpi

This farm, set in the heart of the morainic hills, uses organic methods to produce fodder, wine grapes, fruit, vegetables and medicinal plants. It breed horses for show jumping, as well as cattle, pigs, bees, rabbits, chickens, ducks and geese.

The cuisine includes capunsei, pumpkin tortelli, bigoli, risotto alla pilota, local cured meats, grilled meats and stracotti. Wine tasting, cheeses, honey and herbal products.
