Situated in the unpretentious urban fabric of Barchi, this is preceded by a garden and separated from the road by a simple wall with a stone gateway. The building has a rectangular plan and develops on three storeys, with windows surrounded by slender late-Neoclassical moulding. It should be seen as a provincial product of the early decades of the 19C.
