A typical example of the constant exchange of morphological and type features between distinguished middle-class architecture in the smaller towns and farm-corte villas. Not far from this construction stood a tower with a high bracketed cornice, typical of Cremona. Despite slight variations in the detail, the architectural substance is the same as that of the Corte Casino in Poggio Rusco, the Corte di Piubega and the Palazzone at Mosio.
