Church of St Carlo

Set in the heart of the modern town of Solferino, this church is dedicated to St Carlo Borromeo, although its construction, dating from the late 16C or early 17C, suggests that it was previously an oratory of the Disciplinati.

It currently has five altars: the largest one is dedicated to the Immaculate Conception; the others to St Francis of Paola, St Vincent Ferrer, St Anthony of Padua and St Joseph. One is the altar of the Annunciation.
