Church of the Madonna della Visitazione

Ferdinando I had this church built in 1662 as a place of worship for the Palazzina district.

Inside it features a much retouched fresco of the Madonna and Child and an altar antependium containing several relics. The fresco on the vaulted ceiling depicts the Visitation, a work by contemporary painter Franco Ferlenga (1936).
