Palazzo detto 'del Tribunale'

Built between 1584 and 1592 by Vespasiano Gonzaga as a hospital for the poor, this fine building never served its intended purpose. After 1630, it passed to Don Camillo Gonzaga, was converted to barracks under the Austrians (Caserma Nera) and, finally, became a courthouse during the Kingdom of Italy.
