This building dates probably from the 17C but has undergone alterations, such as the addition of a concrete balcony in Fascist times.

Ferlenga records news from a manuscript that mentions Carlo Castellani, the Prince’s butler, killed when the mansion was besieged in 1691. His ear remained at length on one of the pillars of the portico. Numerous old stone chimneystacks rest on the building’s roof.
