Situated south of Castel Goffredo, along the Fuga Canal, Palazzo Riva is a Gothic Revival building of the 1840s, a period when Bartolomeo Riva was experimenting here with the farming of silkworms in the habitat invented by the French businessman Camille Beauvais.
