Oratory of San Francesco

Situated to the north of Castel Goffredo, this was reconstructed over the foundations of an old building between 1730 and 1739, the year the bell-tower was built.
Behind the simple facade is a gabled nave ending in an apse with a lowered barrel vault and featuring a carved wooden altar and a 17C altarpiece depicting St Francis, St Clare and St Dominic, all in adoration of the Madonna and Child.
