Torrazzo

A tower rising to approximately 20 metres that closes Palazzo Gonzaga-Acerbi to the east. It was constructed between the late 15C and the first half of the 16C, a period referenced in its structural features such as the elegant trusses, machicolation ?? drains ?? and original single-light windows, now closed. The crenellation and two bombardiere bomb embrasure ??? per side were added later.
