Nature trails in Sabbioneta

The riverbank lends itself to walking, cycling and horse-riding, affording fine views of nature and examples of the hydraulic architecture commenced in the 12C and completed under Gonzaga rule.

Spread over approximately 18 km and up to a maximum embankment height of roughly eight metres, these cover most of the present municipal area. The observation point commands views of the beautiful area, which includes towns of outstanding historical and architectural interest.
