Parish church of St Stefano Protomartire

Built in 1544 for Cardinal Ercole Gonzaga, the building and adjacent clergy house have a number of exterior features added in 1935 to a design by the engineer Ugo Morselli. An alcove in the apse contains a statue of the patron saint. In the right-hand chapel, a canvas of the same period depicts the Adoration of the Cross  with Saints Blaise, Francis, Anthony of Padua, Joseph with a Flowering Staff and Saints Catherine of Alexandria and Teresa of Ávila.
