Church Annunciazione della Beata Vergine Maria (former Sanctuary of the Possenta)

The sanctuary, known as La Possenta, was erected between the 14C and 15C, when an apparition of the Virgin Mary to a little girl was accompanied by the prodigy of water springing from a dried-up well.

Subsequently transformed, the small church has, since its earliest times, conserved a terracotta statue of Our Lady, so greatly venerated that a local fair is held on 25 March.
