The first sure mention of an old oratory, initially dedicated to Santa Maria in Castello, dates from pastoral visits in the 16C.
The present church, now dedicated to St Blaise, has a plain facade divided by four plain pilasters. The top is spanned by a band of triglyphs and metopes decorated with the monogram of the name of Christ. Above is a rectangular tympanum with two spandrels and, on the top, a wrought-iron cross. Inside, an alcove in the counter-facade contains a painted statue of St Blaise; the altar at the opposite end is made of marbled scagliola and comprises a mensa and tabernacle. Above the altar is a statue of the Immaculate Conception.
