Home-produced cured meats, agnoli, tortelli, extruded bigoli, lasagne, maccheroni, tagliatelle, risotto, tagliata, roast-beef and pork loin with cherry sauce. Strawberry tart, fresh fruit, sweet white salame. Homemade focaccia, soft ice-cream with hot chocolate, torta paradise and sbrisolona. Tortelli with chocolate and pear filling.
