Fattoria Ca` Rossa

A family-run farm spread over 14 hectares, cultivating fodder for its own animals: cattle, donkeys and horses. Stable-rearing of approximately 60 cattle, of which 25 for milking; red/black Friesian and Simmental cattle. Processing and direct sale of milk in stracchino, ricotta, caciotte, soft and ripe cheeses, yogurt and mozzarella.
