The oratory of the Beata Vergine Maria della Misericordia is also known as the church of the Disciplina. The building is of 16C origin and was commissioned by the local Confraternità dei Disciplini. In 1756, the small church was radically refurbished and redecorated on the inside. The presbytery has a barrel roof with four cells decorated with frescoes linked to early-18C Veneto techniques. To the left is a chapel dedicated to St Cajetan and, at the base, a Holy Sepulchre. To the right is a chapel with a fine altarpiece showing St Francis of Paola, founder of the Order of the Minims, meeting Ferdinand I, King of Naples and attributed to Francesco Maria Ranieri, also known as Schivenoglia.
