The hamlet of Sant'Antonio takes its name from a ducal chapel dedicated to St Anthony of Padua, erected for M. Gonzaga in 1652 and destroyed by Napoleon in 1796.
This church was constructed by Gian Battista Vergani in 1845 and dominates the centre of the community. The bell-tower was erected in 1946. The interior comprises a large central nave, resting on stone columns and dominated by a large crucifix. A fine statue of St Anthony stands beside the main altar.
