CANNETO SULL'OGLIO - MARCARIA - TORRE D'OGLIO Distance: km 56,5

Description: The route winds mainly along the left bank of the river Oglio, along the river-side roads within the “Oglio Sud” Regional Park. In the section between Marcaria and Mosio it is necessary to abandon the river-side road due to the very bad condition of the road surface.

Track conditions: The route is not particularly difficult and is completely flat; the road surface is mainly dirt but it is in good condition; very little shade; attention must be paid to motor traffic and junctions along some sections.

Not to be missed:
The boat bridge of Torre d’Oglio; the naturalistic scenery, views over the Oglio river and the nature reserves of Torbiere di Marcaria, Valli di Mosio and Lanca di Gerre Gavazze and Runate; Redondesco castle; Canneto Museum.
