The Palazzo, dating back to the XVII century, the top floors of which were never completed, rises impressively above the characteristic arcades supported by ashlar-worked pillars. The main entrance, with its beautiful wooden doorway, leads to the loggia and to the main staircase, now incorporated into living rooms.
Inside we find large rooms, with caisson ceilings, and the court theatre, all of which were never finished. The Counts Penci were at the service of the Gonzaga di Bozzolo and their family members included eminent ecclesiastical personalities, magistrates and men of culture.
