Church of the Assunzione della Beata Vergine Maria

This X century structure was also a Benedictine monastery; Matilda of Tuscany assigned Santa Croce in Sermide to this church, then she enlarged it and aggregated it to Polirone abbey in 1075.

Later it was assigned to Gonzaga family prelates and it underwent renovations in XV century.

Inside, you can see remains of XIV to XVIII century frescoes.
