Oratory of the Tagliaferro

Completed in 1771, this oratory is coeval of the parish church and the similar style (restrained baroque) and construction period suggest it was conceived as a minor version of the main church, perhaps by the same architect, Nicolini.

The interior, also with restrained baroque features, presents one peculiarity: two vaulted openings at the sides of the altar lead to spaces that may have served as women’s galleries.
