The oratory was constructed in 1719 in the southeast section of Castel Goffredo, between Zecchini and Rassica, not far from a previous religious building, formerly owned by the Abbey of Maguzzano and mentioned in a bull of Pope Eugene III in 1145.
It has a Neoclassical facade with four Tuscan pilasters supporting a pediment. Inside is just a nave with a barrel vault and a fine painted and gilded main altar by Giovanni Battista Barilli of Castiglione delle Stiviere dated 1721 featuring a statue of the Archangel Michael and an altarpiece containing an alcove with a wooden depiction of Our Lady of Caravaggio by the 18C school of Brescia.
Halfway down the nave are two chapels: the one on the left is dedicated to Our Lady of Snows, with a fresco from the old oratory of San Michele; the one on the right has an altarpiece depicting St Michael by Antonio Bighelli and dating from 1730.
