All that survives of this old church, rebuilt in late-Gothic style in 1434 and demolished in 1986, are a frescoed polygonal apse with an umbrella vault, a 15C bell-tower with one and two-light windows, some epigraphs of the Marchese Luigi Gonzaga and a white marble doorway dating from 1532 - all currently at the side of the parish church of Sant’Erasmo.
Interesting 16C frescoes in the apse.
